I *just* watched it...i felt eh, about it...

I dont know- this season is missing something- cant put my finger on it..

I do like the kid from Ireland- i think he makes a nice addition. I wasnt too thrilled with the music but I did like the "Last friday night" piece.

I really dont like the whole- "quinn wants her baby back" story line...It's kind of tacky and insensitive to the adoption process, no?

I liked Rory, but I didn't love the two songs they had him do..  I like the whole Bert running against Sue thing.. I also liked that we finally saw a bit more of Finn again!

I do think the Quinn thing is a little insensitive.. I can't believe she'd be THAT evil to try to get Shelby in trouble by making it look like she was hurting Beth.. and I HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE that they had Shelby and puck kiss at the end. Its just WRONG.

I agree with eh.

I like the Rory character (rooted for him on the Glee project) but 2 solos in his 1st episode seemed like too much- didn't love them, Also, with Rory- I thought the whole leprechaun thing was too much. Like, I get it- Britney is ditzy or w/e but I think this is too far (pooping candy bars?!?!), they're making her out to be a 5 year old. I also like Burt running- I couldn't figure out who they would get to do it and he's a good choice.  I think they should show Puck cleaning a pool in every episode. Holy Moses. Boys just starting their senior year did not look like that 10 yrs ago! YUM!

Sorry Melissa but I wanted them to kiss! I know it's wrong and I don't see where they could possibly go with the storyline but it just seemed right. The Quinn thing is just ridiculous.

I'm kinda itching for a Finn/Rachel duet... it's been awhile.

I just watched it and agree that it was "eh". I felt bad for the exchange student and while I think he sings well, I didn't like his songs (and I cant figure out how people with accents dont have them when they sing!). I'm anxious to see if the girls come back to New Directions or not. And Puck can clean pools anytime   The whole him kissing Shelby I'm sure will blow up since she's a teacher there.  Next week's episode looks good-we'll see!

I agree with everything you said.  I really like Burt. I think he is a great dad. I am seriously over Sue.  Being that mean and nasty only works so long.  I liked when she redeemed herself last year by getting them first class tickets to nationals.

How can the girls team compete? Wasn't that a whole show last year that clubs need so many people to compete and New Directions didn't have enough?

I am just not loving this season. I hate the Quinn storyline.  When she said last night that Beth was her perfect thing and she couldn't screw it up.  Um yes you can by taking her away from the mother that can provide for her.  I can't stand Brttany.  They do make her out to be 5.  Plus I hate watching her dance

My stupid DVR didn't record (and I had somehow deluded myself into thinking it started at 9 instead of 8) so I missed almost the first half so the whole "leprechaun" thing was super confusing.

I am with you both on the Quinn deal. I think they really brushed over the whole thing last season and to try and bring it up and deal is just making a bigger mess now. Meanwhile, I love her short hair.

I love Burt, I hope he wins, I know Sue's whole thing is to "destroy the Glee club" but at what point does that get old?

I'm really over it this season. I'm sick of Sue being so nasty. I'm sick of all the bullying and no one doing anything about it. I'm sick of Mercedes and Santana's bad attitude's...

So I just watched this morning. A few thoughts:

1. I also didnt like Rory's solos - I think they could have given him better songs - and I didnt even recognize the second song

2. I am annoyed that they keep having "high schoolers" sing adult-themed pop songs. Last Friday night is essentially a scong about getting black-out drunk, and "Candy Man" is all about having sex with a guy... Ummm if my high schooler was singing those songs in a glee club, Id be pretty upset if I was a mom

3. Quinn's "sabotage" of Shelby was def insensitive, but made me laugh more than anything... I mean, I dont work for CPS - but I feel like if I was a CPS worker and saw the items she planted - Id have a hard time believing that Shelby was unfit... A bottle of hot sauce labeled "for baby"? Really? and Baby Botox? Shelby lives in an immaculate apartment with a healthy, well-adjusted baby (with no signs of Botox injections)

4. Did Puck and Shelby kissing bring back any Dawsons Creek memories for anyone else?!?!?! I miss the DC!
