Has anyone not started a bedtime routine with #2?

I havent done her bath, bottle and books yet and i feel really bad...but just cant seem to find the time at night....#1 is very needy at bedtime....

#2 goes down around 1030-11 and falls asleep on own.....so different from #1 who was rocked to sleep and is now being weened...which leads to a long bedtime...
