non-toxic mattress pad?

Hi all!

I've been lurking on this board for a while and really appreciate the info and advice I've seen on baby products--it's been a tremendous help! I have a question for those of you with organic crib mattresses--what mattress pad do you use? I can't figure out which to buy...having one with plastics seems to defeat the purpose of the organic mattress in the first place...
