extreme aches

Help. I'm in extreme pain, my whole upper body, fingers, teeth, eyeballs, all of it. it is not a migraine, i have had those frequently. it started about 8 hours ago feeling like the flu, but is so bad. any thoughts?

    Maybe you should go up to the ER?  They might should run to blood work on you.  I'm sorry you don't feel well
