Cramps but still no pp period

I just stopped ebf-ing about a month ago and still have not gotten a period.  I know it can take a while, but I have been getting cramps on and off...but only on the left side.  The cramps on that one side come and go throughout the months but right now are pretty uncomfortable.  I'm going to take some Motrin to see if that helps but anyone else experience this on only one side??

Maybe it's ovulation? I've been crampy too, but no sign of my period. Still bf-ing.
