1st Bday Present Suggestions

So the wave of 1st bday parities are starting to begin for LO's friends. Any suggestions on a good gift to get, specifically for a girl? I know that toys are hit or miss since the child may already have it.

Any suggestions...either something that you have given, or seen given at a party, or if you are a mom of two or more, something your first child received?
