I went to my first Pre/Post Natal swim class this weekend and had a blast. It was a nice work out for me (recovering from bed rest) and has varying levels to up the workout. I also loved seeing all the other mothers-to-be as this is my first and asking them questions about proragms around town geared towards mom's and children.
It also helped me not feel so HUGE. *G* A couple of the others are due in the next two months so it put the baby bump into perspective.
