Shower and BBB returns question!

Happy Halloween all:)

I had my gorgeous shower yesterday! It was a "surprise" and it was awesome. My mom and sister did a fantastic job. It was hosted at the Brownstone, a local venue (some of you may know it from RHONJ..lol) I got SO MUCH stuff and my guests where very generous! I don't have any pics yet to share though:(

I do need to return a bunch of stuff and possibly get some things that I still need. I only registered at BBB. Now, when they do the returns, does the item go back as unfulfilled? I really would prefer that it stays fulfilled on my registry as I don't want anyone to re-buy OR anyone to get offended that I returned gift if they happen to look again.

Any experience with this at BBB?

when we returned things from our wedding registry, it did, but we could go online and mark it as filled. i'd ask the CS desk.

if no one else knows, i can also ask my mom, she works w/ registries PT at BBB.

I returned a few things a couple of weeks ago - it seemed that some things went back as unfulfilled, and others didn't - it was odd.  basically if it went back as unfulfilled, I just removed it from my registry altogether.  I figure, people who already bought stuff won't be checking my registry anymore, so I wasn't too worried about it.

At BBB, nothing I returned got put back on there, but I went ahead and made sure everything online that I didn't need any more said the ratio I wanted on there. I had one lady buy me something that wasn't on my registry and scanned my registry so then it went to 0 requested 1 purchased and someone else read it backwards and purchased it again. I still have two more showers so I didn't want to get anything else I didn't need.

Mine were taken off when I returned a couple of things but all I did was make a quick phone call, and they changed them to reflect purchased. Just tell them you had duplicates or whatever and they didn't reflect so it was totally removed, etc. Very easy.

This for me too, except I made returns during 2 trips so that might be why some ended up marked unfulfilled while others were left alone.

they r the best w/ returns. it did mark as unfulfilled after returning so i just took the items off my registry.
