We are moving and wondering if we should switch from Time Warner. TW has pissed us off by removing some channels, and just wondering the pros of ATT or cons. THANKS!!
We use them & they have been fine. They first hooked us up to wireless which I didn't want & we had major problems with it so they hard wired us & it has been fine. We left TW too hated them.
We use Direct TV, which I like much better than the comast cable we had before. The comcast people had our cable out frequently for about 6 weeks, then were super rude, missed their 4 hour window, though confirmed they were on their way the 3 times I called them wondering where they were, never apologized, then required, and I am not kidding 22 phone calls over 3 day to get someone to actually come out, who replaced the line from the street, which the guy we had out 6 weeks before refused to do. Then I called them up and cancelled, and they essentially told me to call back later and talk to someone else and told me if I cancelled I would not be able to watch tv.
I fn hate comcast, thanks for the vent. I like Cox Cable and Direct Tv, if Cox isn't available.
Huh! Direct TV is who AT&T sells here (they are a marketer for Direct TV, they don't have their own cable/dish service). We also have their internet. I have no home phone.
