Over the past several months I have had a somewhat significant temp dip on 4DPO. I know it's a tad early to be an implantation dip. Its still above cover line, but I just find it odd that it happens consistently on 4 DPO. Do you ladies think anything of this? Does anyone else experience anything like this? All of my previous cycles that have this dip have been non pregnancy cycles, so this morning when I saw the dip, I thought "oh crap, here we go again". Am I over analyzing? And FWIW, in the past, my temp goes right back up on 5 DPO. TIA
Sounds like a fallback rise caused by a secondary estrogen surge. I get that too.

Thanks. It seems pretty harmless since it's still above cover line, it just causes me to associate it with non pregnancy cycles since it happens so consistently.

Don't worry about it. The egg would've have even implanted yet, so it alone would've had no effect on your temps. It's the estrogen surge, not "pregnant vs not pregnant" that is doing that.
