So due to the fact that my school is closed because of all the power outages thanks to the crazy snow storm last weekend, I decided to get some bloodwork done to check beta numbers. Well, they wanted to see me for an u/s also. This puts me in a bit of a panic mode since I was only expecting to get bloodwork done.
Oh yeah, these are my results from Friday's bloodwork at 18 DPO: 1801. I was expecting double digits, not quadruple digits!
Right now I'm just waiting to be seen by my dr after they gave me my first u/s just a few minutes ago. Wish me luck girls!

Thanks Jen. I saw something during the u/s but I think it's to early for a heartbeat. The lady didn't explain anything to me so I'm only going by what I saw: I believe there was a fetal pole and gestational sac. FX that the dr gives me good, reassuring news!

Just as an fyi though - my doc wouldn't do an u/s until after 2k beta which you are right at!!] so hopefully you will see something!!

So sorry for the late reply. I've been running around everywhere and I haven't had any free time to bump till now.
The dr liked what he saw: a gestational sac and a small fetal pole.
He wants to see me this Wednesday once again. So I will update you with more info (hopefully more good news) by Wednesday afernoon.
