Boy!! I could not be more excited. Obviously I would have been happy either way as long as it is a healthy baby, but I really wanted one of each (because this is it for us!). Everything looked good, and I had the tech triple check that what she was seeing was, in fact, boy parts. She had no doubts at all.

DH and I both thought it was going to be another girl, and I had already begun broaching with DH the idea that we could get a boy dog so he wouldn't be the only man in the house.

Congrats!  Glad you got what you wanted    I love having an older sister/younger brother combo.  My DD is super caring with DS, and it's been so sweet watching her "mother" him (and he totally idolizes her).  Hope your DD gets excited about her baby brother.  And now you don't have to come through with a dog if you don't want to!
