I know I Shouldn't Have Done It...

I know I shouldn't have done it, but I POAS this morning. Of course it was a disappointing negative!

I am only 9DPIUI so I know it may be too early. I had set my POAS date as November 3rd which would be 12DPIUI and two days before my missed period so I am so mad at myself! Now I feel like I am going to start POAS like crazy and I hate when I get to this point! I like the false hope that I have before I have POAS and seen the first negative!

Oh well...I guess I have opened myself up to the madness!!

    Girl, I have peed on 10 sticks in 5 days. 3 yesterday alone. Hang in there. :)
    Me: 30, Dx Unexplained/hypothalamic amenorrhea
    DH: 31, normal!
    April/May 2011: Menopur + Ovidrel +TI = BFN
    Oct 2011: Menopur + Hcg +IUI = BFP!
    Beta #1 (13dpiui)= 129.7, Beta #2 (15 dpiui)= 305

    I understand the madness. I have no chance short of a miracle this cycle (as we are not medicated) yet I POAS on Sunday. Of course BFN.

    I hope you don't go crazy mad POASing every day. It is just a few days away. Good Luck.

    Cycle 2 - 50mg Clomid/TI cycle - cancelled due to DH's flu
    Cycle 3 - Benched - waiting on DH's test results for Hypogonadism

    It feels good to know that I am not the only one obsessed with testing. Wishing you a BFP soon.

    try to hide them from yourself so you don't do it again.  waiting is painful, but the BFNs are worse. T&P for the 4th.
    Us: 39(me)/41(he). TTC since April '11. DOR/MFI. March '12: surgery to remove fibroids, cysts, and endometriosis.
    IVF #1: 9/13/12. ER: 9/25. 3R, 2M, 1F. ET: 9/28 (1-6B). Beta: moved from 10/11 to 10/10: BFN.
    IVF #2: 11/12 cycle postponed due to Sandy and then cancelled due to elevated E2.
    IVF #2.1 cancelled due to cyst.
    IVF #2.2: 2/2/13. Converted to IUI. BFN
    IVF #3.0: 3/2014. BCP & Microdose Lupron.  Cycle cancelled due to poor response.
    IVF #4.0: 2/2015. EPP @ new RE. ER: 3/8. 3R, 3M, 1F. ET: 3/11 (1-8cell). 3/23 Beta: 16.9. 3/25 Beta: 71.6. 3/27 Beta: 300. 3/29 Beta: 800 3/31 Beta: 1816. 4/1 Beta: 4342. m/c at 6w2d. Goodbye little one. I loved you already.

    Thanks ladies for all the responses!! I will try to hold strong. My sister waved her finger at me and pretended to be disappointed with me since I said I would at least wait until November 3rd. What can I say...I am weak! Embarrassed
