Might be a stupid ? about bananas

If I puree sweet potato and bananas tonight will it still be good for tomorrow lunch time? Or do I have to wait to add them tomorrow ?

Hi!  It will be fine!  I've been doing it for a while now and the awesome thing is that my purees always keep very well! You should be good for about 2 days.

I wonder if it matters how ripe it is

I freeze what I dont use, if I dont plan on using it that day. Its pretty easy to pop it back out and defrost when its time to eat.
