In your experience, how long does it take for a tooth to fully come in once it has broken through the gum?

Well, once it breaks through, it's there. From when I first felt the hardness underneath to when it broke through was maybe a week. Once it broke through, it continued to grow "longer" for a while -- I never really noticed when that stopped. Maybe a few weeks?

DS has been working on the same 2 teeth for almost 3 weeks now.  I'm hoping they finish up here real quick.
