green discharge

i found out last tuesday that I had a clogged milk duct when visiting my LC.  After using hot/cold compresses and nursing/pumping round the clock, it did not go away.  Now I have a green discharge coming out of the nipple that had the clogged duct.  I'm worried that is now infected.  Anyone else experience this?  I've stopped feeding DD on that side due to fear its infected.  I also left a message with my doctor but they are closed over the weekend.
