where can I find a kid sized black elastic belt?

Or really any kind of thick black belt?  It's the one piece missing from her ghostbuster costume... I keep thinking of those 80's style ones with the hook clasp things, but beggers can't be choosers at this point.

Any ideas where I can grab one locally? TIA!
