LO get more clingy suddenly?

My LO is just over 2 months, and did not used to be clingy... I came to my parents house while DH is out of town for help, but DS just wants me to hold him ALL the time. Did anyone notice a change? Did your LO become more clingy? I guess the true test will be when DH gets home and we'll see if he goes to him. And my MIL, he's always really liked her. I mean I'm happy holding him & he's happy with it, but I feel like he grandparents & great grandparents are bummed because they want to hold him but all he does is cry

Yes! Owyn went through about two weeks of just wanting mommy and it was very exhausting. He is still a little clingy, but he seems to be getting over it a bit now. Today was funny DH was playing with him on his play mat and when he realized I wasn't in the room he just started balling untill I came in the room to see how my men were. As soon as I walked in the door he stopped and started to play again. Lol some times they just want to know what we are doing.
