I am such a jerk!

I asked my sister if she could take DD to gymnastics this morning at 8:30 since I am on bed rest.  It was her day off and she lives a 1/2 hour away so I try to rarely ask.  She said okay.  Well yesterday DH decided to take the week off from work and so he was going to take her.  I totally forgot to tell her not to come. I l was at a bachelorette party last night and didn't get home until this morning at 8:15. She is super mad at me now.  I feel awful!  I ordered some flowers to make-up...but I can't think of anything else I can do!  I am a jerk!

I think the flowers are a nice touch.  Just tell her that your brain is on bed rest as well as the rest of you!

Hopefully she won't stay mad long.

I didn't realize that you were on bedrest.  What is going on?  Also, if on bedrest how did you manage a bachelorette party?

The flowers and a sincere apology are fine.  I seriously feel dumb- I can't get anything right being so pregnant.  I keep telling people to just blame the baby- I've made a couple HUGE mistakes at work also!

The reservation for the hotel was in my name, so I just hung out with the girls until they left to go party and I read a magazine and watched TV. They came in and out all night so it was fun to hear what they were up to.
