Awesome deal at Macys

Thanks to friends who bought me stuff in 0-3 month sizes when my LO was 5 months old, I had a couple of gift cards at Macys from returns.  Today, I had time to kill, so I went by.  I found a snowsuit (assuming that it will, at some point, actually snow here, but discussion of necessity is null and void when we're shopping, right? ) that was $55 dollars, 40% off.  They were advertising an additional 20% when you used a Macys card, but I don't have and don't want one.

When I went up to pay, the lady seemed confused at first, and I was thinking she was going to tell me it wasn't actually on sale or something.  Then she told me that the computer had read my gift card as a Macys card, and given me another 20% off!  I ended up paying $27.00 for a $55.00 snowsuit!  Yay!  

Now if only it will even snow here this year....
