Right now Zoe is getting 4 teeth in...that's right 4! She already has 2 so this will make 6 total teeth and she's not even 8 months yet. Oh and did I mention she is breast fed and uses my nipple as her own personal teething ring? Ughhh....my best friend's son didn't get his first tooth until 2 days before his first birthday, I was very much hoping for the same luck

I'm so sorry. My little guy is getting his top two teeth in right now and I feel like I have a newborn all over again. He was up last night at 11:30, 4, 5, and then 5:30 for good. I feel your pain!

ughhh......it's horrible, first we went through about 3 months of the "colic" phase and then shortly after teeth start popping in....gah!

I have the same problem with my nipples being bitten. I tried saying no then removing her from the breast but she kept biting. The past week I've actually tried something else and it's worked! Try this - when the LO starts to bite or when he/she does bite pull the baby into your breast to temporarily block their nostrils. They'll instinctively unlatch so they can breathe and within just a couple times my little girl got the point!
