New co-worker name

We had a new coworker start recently, and her name is Aryn (pronounced Erin).  I've never seen it spelled this way, and babynames.com can't find anything even similar to it based on that spelling.  Anyone ever seen/heard this?

    I know an old woman named Fairy as well.

    Her name is Ayn Rand.

    Reminds me of Aryan. Like the Aryan race. I actually like the name Erin and have seen it many different ways (Eryn, Erinne, Erinn) but never this way. Yuck.

    I know a girl about my age (32) named Arynn. Same deal. It used to bother me back in high school. :)
    I've probably been on The Bump longer than you have.
