I like BFing and although DD is 11 months I have no intentions of stopping any time soon. I don' t pump at work anymore, so she is only nursed at night and in the morning (and all weekend). I am aware of that there are some things I can't do right now because I'm still nursing (or at least I haven't figured out how to do), but I just want to whine for a second about them..

I want to be able to run errands on the way home from work, but I can't because DD goes to bed by 6:30pm and if I'm not there for that, then I don't get to nurse her (she doesn't wake MOTN anymore, so I would be going 24 hours without nursing..I am not comfortable with that).

I want to be able to go away with DH for the night, alone, but can't for the obvious reasons (and I don't respond to a pump anymore. I tried, it's no longer an option!)

I want to be able to go this awesome work related conference in November, but can't because I would be away overnight and can't afford to take DD and DH with me.

Ugh. It's worth it and won't last forever (and that will be sad at some point). Vent over. Thanks.

I'm sorry you are having trouble. It sucks that you cannot pump anymore.
