maybe I miss wine too much?
Yesterday I took Warner to go visit my sister, who had her baby 3 weeks ago. It was his first time seeing a really tiny baby up close (he was largely unimpressed, lol). But today at lunch I asked him what he thought about his new baby cousin and tried explaining (badly) that right now his baby brother is in mommy's belly, but soon, when he gets big enough, baby brother will be ready to be out of the belly and live with us. To which Warner says:
"And then mommy can drink wine!"

yes, she ended up being fine, thank goodness. the baby was born just 5 days before her due date. thanks for asking! :-)
