anyone have experience with Medela Soft Shells for Sore Nipples ? they look complicated lol... but im interested for march for this baby coming!

    They're great!  Lather up some lanolin on them and put the softshells on and you will feel better in no time.  They're not complicated at all.  Also they make a kind for inverted nipples that helps draw them out that work great too.

    I used them for latch problems in the first few months and then used one again for a short time when LO cracked my nipple by biting it. That helped it heal without hurting as much. Haven't used them in about six months. They worked great though.
