Rash on breast - not thrush???

I have a scaly, SUPER itchy, red rash only on one breast and not on the nipple or areola.  I'm not using lanolin or other cream.  Its not thrush but OMG does it itch!Has anyone else had anything similar or have an idea what it might be?

Could it be anything like eczema?  I can't remember what it was I had a few years ago that was a rash like that on my face...but I would call your doc and try to get in.  It sounds a lot like a rash I had and they gave me a cream to put on it and it went away.
