No. The challenge is usually just which hold to use. I nursed my son for over a year and am now 3 month into nursing my daughter. I just use the football hold almost exclusively and almost always have to use a second hand to hold my breast so it stays in position and doesn't smother the baby. This makes nursing in public a little harder, though I do so with a cover or blanket, and you're probably not going to be able to nurse in a sling or anything like that, but the size of your breast will not impact their ability to latch.
I will add....I got a glider with arms and I lay the boppy along the arms. Then I rest both boobs on the boppy. My LO lays along the boppy. Hands free! But that is only in the glider b/c of the arms.
I normally do the cross cradle hold. If baby is on left boob, I hold her shoulders/head with my right hand, and hold up left boob with left hand. And vice versa.

This. I also figured out how to lay on my side and nurse. Thank the heavens, because it's nice to relax and not have to be sitting up at 2am. I do still have to hold my boob so it's not smothering his nose.
For me it does make it harder to latch but that's b/c on top of big boobs I have small nipples. I use a shield which helps but DD still just squishes her face into my breast. Like when she's nursing and I pull her in close it actually pushes my nipple and the shield into my boob too. It doesn't help that because of the size of weight of my breasts I can't even see my nipple when she's nursing unless I hoist them up on the boppy. It's so not flattering! There's absolutely no way I could NIP and I've been shocked/disappointed about that. The LC suggested the football hold and we tried it briefly once but I had just started BFing and have just been sticking to what I know since. However I have gotten over worrying about her smothering. The LC said her nose and chin actually should touch the breast and she breathes from the side even if her nose looks covered.

This is exactly what I found too. I can do 1 hand nursing, but not until he's started eating a bit so my breasts start to soften up. The first couple minutes or so are two handed to help support the weight of my breast.
In the beginning I had to roll up receiving blankets and put them under my boobs for support. The my breast friend was invaluable. eventually I could nurse hands free, upside down...whatever It did take a few months to get there though.
