Humphrey help

I have Humphrey's code in my siggy, I even put < >'s on both ends, I even typed img =scr at the beginning inside the first <

Humprhey doesn't want to be on my siggy...maybe he knows I'm still on the TTA bench but I'm hoping to get off really soon.

Any suggestions??
