Enlarged Follicle but low estrogen? confused

Good Morning Ladies,

As I've mentioned before, at my last doctor visit my specialist was thrilled because the right ovary showed an appropriately enlarged follicle. My doctor said everything 'looked' to be right on time as expected for ovulation; however, when the blood test came back, they said I might not be ovulating because the estrogen level was really low (around 76-77) I think.

Anyone else have this experiece?

They said to go ahead and try as if I were ovulating just in case so we did. Do you think it's even possible that we may have conceived?

Thoughts, experience or suggestions?
