This is seriously the last thing I need to be dealing with right now. We gave Audrey her first bottle around 3 weeks old. She's had a few since then and took them all just fine. When I spoke to my Dr. last Friday about my PPD she suggested that DH give 1 bottle each evening to give me a break. Great, but now ever since then, she is refusing it. I start work on Monday so now I'm freaking out that she will refuse the bottle all day and not eat. I don't know if we should keep trying with these bottles or buy new ones. I just want to cry.

Re: DD is refusing the bottle
Evan would go through spurts of not wanting a bottle. I started to notice he would always take it as long as it was nice and warm... he liked his borderline hot! Have you tried playing w/ the temp?
Have you tried leaving the room/house while DH feeds her? I know that sometimes if I was there Evan would want to nurse, not drink a bottle... but if I wasn't home DH always said he would take it just fine. He wouldn't take a bottle from me at all until he was much older... like 5-6 months.
If you decide to try another bottle, I know a bunch of the girls on here liked the Breast Flow bottles.
Good luck!
