If you saved clothes from the older child for subsequent kids - did you notice some stains on them that were not there when you packed them away? Any tricks to get rid of them?
Yes- it's frustrating because I feel like I wouldn't have packed away stained clothing. I gave it one wash and if the stain didn't come out it was garbage.
They weren't formula or spit up stains because neither baby really had either. The sleepers, I didn't care. No one sees them and I know they are just stains and that the clothes are clean.
My friend told me to lay the stained clothes out in the sun, but this time of year in Rochester, it's nearly impossible! I'm curious to see what stains have appeared on DD"s clothes since they were packed away.
BTW I'm totally impressed you are going through clothes now, I have yet to do anything for this baby. I'm a bad mommy! lol

My SIL is due later in Jan with twins - one boy and one girl. She has an older son, but no girl stuff. And since we are done with this baby, I boxed up all the girly clothes for her. They moved about 5 hours away and I don't know if they will make the trip for thanksgiving, so when I heard they were in town last month for a funeral I went thru all the clothes. Plus - I needed to see exactly how much gender neutral things I had - not much! I probably wouldn't have touched it yet if we were having another girl.
Re: Moms of 2+
Yep and nope.
I think I remember someone saying they were formula stains?
Yes.
No.
