Hot spot on abdomen ?

Tonight after my shower I noticed I have a red mark on my bump and it's really hot to the touch. Not sure what's up its in a circle. 3 hours later it's still really hot and red. Any ideas?  I'm going to see if they have topical benydryl at the lobby before . It  itches pretty bad too. No bite marks either and ive been inside all day

No it's solid red. Ive got 2 of these spots now. I'm not going to worry about it I took some benadryl and the itching stopped. I'll call on Monday if it's still here

That's weird. I've got it too, but it's on my leg.
