Our AZ house has been sold and we only have one more payment to make!

I can't even begin to explain how relieved we are about this!

This is going to open up so many opportunities for us and hopefully we can find somewhere else to live before the snow sets in (not sure we'll stay in MN). Not to mention, now we can get a new car too

No, we moved to MN back in March and are in an apartment (duplex). We aren't sure we want to stay here so selling the house will free up a lot of money for us so we can make a decision on where we want to move. We're currently trying to sell our RV too, so hopefully that will happen soon.
