NIVFR - I am not a fan of little punk kids

who ride skateboards and hit a sign right near me while I'm pumping gas and its loud and scares me and I jump and then they laugh at me. I wanted to KILL them. You know the kind with the shaggy hair, REALLY TIGHT black jeans and a small t-shirt....ugh.

Oh not to mention the older man who told me I was too pretty and small to be driving such a big truck....

note to self - dont go to this gas station again...I usually go to Safe.way or Cost.co.

I love the ones I'm close to..my family, friend's kids, etc., but in general, I'm just not that much of a kid person.

Obviously I would love nothing more than to have a baby but I find that I don't have much tolerance at all for other people's children (outside of my family and close friends).

@DW - I'm sorry you had to deal with those guys...they sound like a couple of little douche bags.

Yeah, it really depends on my mood and definitely if I am close to the kids or not. For the most part, if I don't know the kids, I don't want anything to do with them.

There are some peoples children I do not care for. Some being in our circle of friends. Most is a direct reflection of their parenting....

I thought as they were laughing at me for jumping 50 feet in the air...their mom must be proud....

I feel the same way.  

I've decided this is normal.  And it's because most of the kids who draw attention in public places are the ones who are not behaving, and the parents aren't doing anything about it.
