I'm still in absolute shock... We weren't going to "try" until after the 1st of the year, but here we sit. Apparently sex on day 9 still gets you pregnant!
So I have Harrison 3 and Brooks 19 months and baby #3 due in July. Even though I just found out, I am filled with mixed emotions. It was unplanned. How do you manage 3 kids? How do you get 3 carseats into one backseat? How do you grocery shop with 3 kids? But I'm also excited. There is something so thrilling about growing a baby right under your heart.
So I'm back and ready for lots of information on how to manage this soon-to-be madness (not like it's not already madness now with 2 kids 17 months apart!)
Re: I'm Back and will have 3u3!
I always said I would never have a minivan, but I am not sure how 3 carseats will fit in the backseat of my new suv! Eek!
And I sold my Moby..another not smart move for this momma! Maybe I should invest in the Ergo?!
Thanks for all the well wishes. This will be a roller coaster ride for sure!
I said the same thing now we are on the hunt for a mini van I don't see how we will hit 3 carseats without one and still be comfortable.
Ergo's are amazing.
Good luck
I've got 3U3, and have driven both a minivan and my SUV with three seats and I can say that I much prefer the SUV. I know that puts me in the minority, but it's the truth. I have a Chevy Trailblazer, and we had to buy a Sunshine Kids Radian carseat in order to get three seats to fit, but it works for us, and getting a new seat was much cheaper than getting a new car.
My moby wrap was the best for dealing with the first few months since I don't think newborns fit or are supported well in an Ergo or Beco. BUT, starting at about 3 months, I've worn my daughter in my Beco nearly every single day and that thing is handsdown my biggest helper with three little ones. Highly recommend.
Good luck, and welcome to the fun of 3U3!!
