Has anyone used them for their flat or inverted nipples during pregnancy? How long did it take for you to notice a difference and how long did you wear them each day. I do not want to ep so this is really important to me. Any advice would be great.

I bought them after I had DD. They worked ok, but I found them most helpful with rubbing against my bra. I ended up having to use nipple shields for DD to latch on correctly. CHeck and see if there are Lactation Nurses where you are giving birth and get them to come to your room once LO is born. They helped me alot.
