fenugreek Q

If you used funegreek, how long did you take it before you noticed an increase in your supply. I've been taking it for 2 days now, 3 pills 3x a day, drinking crap loads more water and pumping more often, and my supply continues to decrease. I'm wondering when the fenugreek is supposed to kick in.

    It only took a couple days for me to notice a difference but I read that it can take some people up to 2 weeks.

    Wow I hope that gets to working for you. I think I'll give it a week or so before I call the OB.
