O and 1st AF

As some of you know, I'm waiting on my 1st AF after my m/c and D+E 3 weeks ago.  For the last few days, I've been getting creamy or wet CM, and my cervix is super high, soft and open.  My OPKs, however, have been negative.  I'm not trying to get pg this cycle, just waiting for AF #1.  I'm on cycle day 22 now, and don't have clear evidence that I've O'd, just evidence my body is gearing up for it.  I'd like to be able to reassure myself that this means AF is right around the corner. 

Ladies, when you were waiting for AF #1, did you experience O signs beforehand?  If you did, did AF follow in approximately your "normal" LP length?  Ladies who watied for AF a long time after m/c, did you show signs of O, and when during that cycle?  Thanks ladies, I'm getting anxious to see AF again.
