TTC After a Loss

Has anyone else experienced this!!? HELP!

I had a medically induced miscarriage in June and when I went for my follow up ultrasound the Dr. told me that I had some tissue still left but that it should come out on it's own no problem.  Well I'm 4 cylces later now and this morning I passed some tissue??!  Could it be the tissue from the miscarriage?  I thought I had implantation bleeding 5 days ago and then started AF yesterday after some very sharp pains.  I'm so confused, I don't know if it's maybe a chemical pregnancy or if it's leftover from the first one?  Has anyone else experienced this?  Thanks in advance.

  • I have no advice to give you as I haven't been in your shoes. I just wanted to say that I"m sorry this is happening. Maybe give your doctor a call? You could maybe get some bloodwork done to see what your hcg levels are at. Hopefully someone else will be more helpful.

  • I'm not really sure what tissue looks like, but could it be a clot?

If it was a c/p, you'd have a lot of clots.

Anyways, I agree with PP, a call to your doctor wouldn't hurt.

  • No, it definitely wasn't a clot.  Not to be too graphic but it was the same purple/organ color that I passed when I had my m/c in June.  And something else that's different (sorry tmi) is that there's a LOT of bloody CM, I've never had this much before.
  • So sorry you are going through this! I echo the pp's and would def call your doc. good luck I hope you get answers

That doesn't sound good. It definitely warrants a call to the doctor. Good luck.
