BFing after augmentation

So I am currently a mother of 2 and breast fed both children. I had decided not to have another child and got breat augmentation done in February and suprise... Im in my first trimester. I am very concerned I will not be able to breast feed this child and give him/her the benefits I gave my other two children. Has anyone on here had any success or know of any success in breast feeding after surgery?
