TMI- Bump on tip of nipple

I hope this isn't TMI for you all but I can seem to get a clear answer from my LC, so I thought I'd ask here...

I have a small red bump (it kind of looks like a pimple) on the tip of my nipple on one of my breasts. I am a FTM and have only been BF for about a week and half, so I didn't know if it was normal. It only hurts for a few seconds when LO latches on, but it doesn't seem to be affecting her eating. Any ideas as to what this might be? I looked inside her mouth to see if it was thrush but I don't see any white dots or anything. TIA!
