I use the Betty Crocker oatmeal chocolate chip mix, then add 1tbsp flax seed mill and 1-3 tbsp of Brewer yeast (normally all I can stomach is 1 tbsp--that stuff is bitter/gross). Sometimes I'll break open a few fenuegreek capsules and add them in for good measure.
There are more complicated/from scratch recipes but this is simple, quick, and most of all I always notice a difference after eating them.
I use this recipe. The only important alterations I make is using a little less sugar (around 3/4 cups of each type) and cooking them a bit longer than recommended. I've found this vastly improves the taste and texture of the cookies. I add a little extra flax meal (2 rounded tblspn) and the max amount of brewer's yeast (4 tblspn) and they taste great! I like to make them with raisons or trail mix instead of (or in additon to) the chocolate chips. They freeze really well too, and taste great straight from the freezer!

Wow, this is the smartest idea ever! I hate baking so I don't have all of the cookie ingredients on hand, which makes making lactation cookies very expensive. This is something I can handle.
I modified a recipe I found online and made it a lot healthier. It turned out great! If you'd like the recipe, feel free to send me a PM.

I actually made some over the weekend....I like them and they're chewy which I like! However, I can't tell a difference in supply...
How much does your supply increase with them?
