First of all, thank you so much to those of you who posted you were thinking about me and wishing me good luck on my beta. Saturday morning (day before my beta) DH and I decided I'd test. I had felt zero symptoms, figured this IVF didn't work, and was 100% convinced I wasn't pregnant, and I'd rather know at home than spend the whole day wondering.
Low and behold...two pink lines and a "YES+"!
We were SO excited...I was SO giddy, lol! Sunday morning I went in for my beta and it was 206! The nurse said that was a good, strong number but that she wanted to see it go up by at least 2/3 on Tuesday's beta...preferably they like to see it double. Today's beta...438!!! It more than doubled! I am over the moon! I have been hesitant to post ANYthing because I have had a couple instances of light pink spotting which both my nurse AND doctor (who called me at home last night to personally congratulate us which I thought was so nice) said is completely normal and not to worry about it (yeah right) but I was still leery. Today's number has me more convinced.
I don't go in for my first ultrasound for two and a half weeks (I'll be 6w5d--today I'm 4w2d) and I'm going to be crazy nervous until then. While I still have to go in for bloodwork to monitor my estrogen and progesterone, they're done monitoring my HCG!
I realize we have a LONG way to go, and are no where NEAR being out of the woods yet...but I guess this is my BFP post! Holy crap!! I'm pregnant!!!!!

It's been a long journey. TTC since 9/06. multiple IUI's and IVF's and 4 m/c's. IVF#3 = BFP, twins, induced at 34w6d due to baby b passing away (no explanation). Delivered on 35w1d, Baby A - baby girl, and Baby B - baby boy, our little angel.

Dx: DOR, Endo, APA+ (really high beta 2 glycoprotein antibody and high everything else tested), heterozygous MTHFR mutation, positive for lupus anticoagulant, high FSH, low AMH and both tubes blocked (per HSG on 3/8/11)
IVF #1 - long lupron (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 4 retrieved, 3 fertilized; ET 2 blasts and 1 frozen = BFN
IVF #2 - a version of antagonist with EPP (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 6 retrieved, 4 mature, 3 fertilized, 2 blasts and 1 frozen blast transferred on day 5 = BFN.
IVF #3 April was postponed to May, May was canceled. June/July was canceled. Had a cyst aspiration and then began IVF #3 in August. ER on 8/22; ET on 8/24 with AH. +HPT on 9/5. Beta #1 (11dpo) = 3; Beta #2 (15dpo) = 29; Beta #3 (17dpo) = 60; Beta #4 (19 dpo) = 118. Heartbeat at 6 weeks 6 days =132. Lil is here!
