XP: iPad help

I'm going to get DH an iPad for christmas, but I'm not sure which size to get.  I'm sticking with the plain wifi one, not 3G.  He'll mainly be using it for just "play", not work.  Internet, email, facebook/twitter, etc.  Probably some movies if we travel, but not for permanent storage (we have apple tv for that).  Is the 16G big enough, or should I get the 32G?

    The 16 should be perfect for you.  We have that size and use it for all of the same purposes you listed.  I hope he loves it!!

    16G should be fine. We trying not to keep too many photos on ours as it is for "play" and not for long term preservation. For that purpose, it would be hard to max out the memory.
