I'll be honest, I have saved but haven't collated most of the questions posted earlier. But I thought of something while on the phone with my mom the other day, and thought it was a good question but something likely to get overlooked.
You may want to talk with your childcare provider about confidentiality - what the boundaries/expectations are, cases when it is broken and why, and if it is ever broken on a personal level. For example, obviously if there is a health risk they will need to let the other parents know - but that doesn't mean they have to make a big deal about the fact it was YOUR kid who had RSV (or whatever). Do they talk with other parents about your child etc.
This is a big deal to me because of my career and trying to maintain strict boundaries with my personal life, but it is really good information for any parent to have.
