The twins arrived about 2 weeks early but everything went well!! My daughter latches on ok, but my son gets so worked up he doesnt latch too well. What helps with latching on?

It helped if I made a boob "sandwich" when my baby was tiny - take one hand and put your fingers under and thumb on top and squish the boob a bit behind the nipple to make it a better shape to latch on to. If you're engorged, google "reverse pressure softening" and try that, too. Make sure his mouth is wide open when you try to latch, and it if hurts (more than the first 5 seconds or so) take him off and try again.
