Anyone taken a Phusia class
They are offering it at the local dance studio and it's at a time that I would be able to make. I watched a video on youtube and it looks like fun.

Phusia is sort of like Zumba, right? Sure I'd go for it as long as I was comfortable. Keep your heart rate in check and don't get over heated. Have fun!
