I really feel nauseous. Mostly when I start thinking of everything. As if I don't have any other feelings going on, my body wants me to feel like I'm going to throw up.
I know the feeling. I lost about 30+ pounds in teh weeks my DD was hospitalized and after we lost her. It was like I just couldn't eat. Yes, eventually it went away and I just had to force myself to eat something. I am so sorry
DD #1 passed away in January 2011 at 14 days old due to congenital heart disease
DD#2 lost in January 2012 at 23 weeks due to anhydramnios caused by a placental abruption
I never really had that. I stopped eating because I didn't care about it, but I never felt nauseous. Sometimes (still) when I start thinking about everything, I will shake uncontrollably. I've been told that others can't tell, but I feel it.

I shake too, but noticeably. I also have to have a distraction with me at all times to keep me from losing it at some points during the day.
Ruthy~ do you have something that distracts you that you could try when you start to feel nauseous (something you can carry around in your purse)? e.g., reading a book/magazine, crossword puzzles, cross-stich, music (this works for me), prayer (I'm not sure if you're religious, I hope I don't offend you), yoga, breathing exercises, visualization exercises (guided visualization), etc.? I'm just trying to think of things that can help you re-focus when you start to feel sick. Big, big (((hugs)))
