Reduce pumping but maintain supply ?

First off, I'm sorry because I know this has been asked before.  I can't seem to create a search that gets me an answer though.

I currently pump at 5:30a at home, 9:10 and 11:50 at work, and between 8 and 9p.  DD nurses at 4p, 6p, 8p, 1a and 4a.  I am a tutor at a high school and we just started a new quarter so I can change up my class schedule if I want.  If possible, I want to cut down to 1 pump at work, but I don't want to lose too much supply.  I currently pump about 10oz at work and DD eats 15 oz at daycare.  I make up the 5 oz with my morning and evening pumps and usually have a few oz to put in my stash.

Also, I'm worried if I go to only one pump that it will mess with DD feedings on the weekends.  Any help/insight would be welcome.  DD is 5 months old, and I would like to pump/nurse until a year minimum.
