When did you or will you introduce wheat or brown rice to your LO?

    I introduced oatmeal to my LO at around 5 months but she wasn't ready for solids yet.  We kept trying once a week until right before she turned 6 months she was finally "ready".

    We started solids with brown rice cereal at 4.5 months.  My parents fed her some wheat toast when she was 6.5 months old, and we're getting back to trying it some more now.  When we do pasta we will feed her whole wheat since that's all we eat.
